About This RoleThe Platform Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, governance, optimisation, and support of the Highspot platform. The role ensures users can access the right content, training, and guidance at the right time while maintaining platform integrity, content governance and compliance.Working closely with Content Owners, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Learning functions, markets, and business stakeholders, the Platform Specialist acts as the operational owner of the platform, driving an excellent user experience and ensuring the platform remains the trusted source of truth for sales enablement.What You’ll DoKey accountabilities and decision ownershipUser ManagementAdminister and maintain the sales enablement platform, including a user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and permissions, while ensuring data security and compliance requirements are fulfilledTroubleshoot access and permission issuesSupport licence management and utilisation trackingContent GovernanceMaintain content standards, metadata, taxonomy,
