BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER CX | BARCELONAAre you a CRM professional who enjoys being the bridge between business and IT?Do you have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want to take ownership of a general CRM ecosystem and shape its future?We are looking for a Business Process Manager CX to join an international organization in Barcelona.This is a highly transversal role combining CRM, Business Analysis, Application Management and IT Project Management.THE ROLEYou will take ownership of the Customer Experience application landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the centre.You will work closely with international business teams and affiliates to understand their needs, challenge requirements when needed and translate them into effective CRM solutions.The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of the CRM ecosystem, including future initiatives around BI, Microsoft Fabric and AI.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage and continuously improve the global CRM / CX application landscapeGather,



analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user storiesWork closely with international affiliates and business stakeholdersManage change requests, process improvements and application enhancementsAct as an IT Stream Lead on CRM implementation and rollout projectsSupport CRM migration, integrations, go-live activities and user adoptionCoordinate external vendors and implementation partnersProvide second-level support and ensure effective incident resolutionContribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and its integration with other business applicationsSupport future initiatives around reporting, Microsoft Fabric, BI and AITrain and support business users on new processes and functionalitiesYOUR PROFILE5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Business Applications, Product Ownership, Application Management or IT Project ManagementStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience working
