cash flow and contractual schedules .Maintain accurate records and ensure the correctfiling and traceability of documentation .Prepare meeting materials, take minutes and follow up on agreed actions.Prepare and updatereports, presentations, letters and templates .Coordinate information and documentation with different teams and stakeholders.Support day-to-day administrative activities related to the procurement process.What are we looking for?University degree or equivalent qualification.3+ years of experiencein administrative, procurement, purchasing, contract administration, supply chain or similar roles.Strong organisational skills andattention to detail .Comfortable working withdocuments, data and administrative processes .Good numerical and analytical skills.Advanced knowledge ofExcel and Microsoft Office .Good written and verbal communication skills.English: minimum high B2 level, as it will be used regularly in meetings, documentation and day-to-day communication.Experie
