Manpower is partnering with an investment fund that is looking to expand its Barcelona team with an Investment Associate. The selected candidate will work closely with the execution team, supervising a team of Analysts. Key Responsibilities
Support the M&A; Analysts in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process. Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations. Supervise the valuations and work closely with the stakeholders.



Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction. Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services. Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials. Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
