Acting as the technical expert, the Systems Engineer works closely with Sales, Project Management, customers and suppliers to develop innovative, cost-effective and technically robust solutions.
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Madrid.
Your impact SALES Analyze customer operational and logistics data to develop optimized automation solutions. Perform system simulations to validate proposed designs. Design automated systems using CAD and engineering tools. Develop technical concepts that balance performance, cost and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Sales teams to prepare competitive technical proposals.



Support supplier selection and technical evaluations. Prepare execution strategies, project plans and Gantt schedules. Validate the overall solution considering technical design, suppliers, execution plan and financial viability. Act as the technical expert during customer presentations and solution reviews.
