- Review new applications and answer candidates’ questions via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates and help them take their next step
- Optimize the recruitment process and suggest improvements
- Maintain contact with international employers
- Source potential candidates through the database and other channels

Требования:
- Currently studying international business, HR, communications, or another relevant field
- Fluent in English and a native speaker of German or Dutch
- Motivated, proactive, and independent
