J.S. Held is actively seeking an Expert Witness /Consultant / Senior Consultant for its Construction Advisory Team,



specializing in claims and construction dispute resolution, based in Madrid. This position is for a professional who has a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a leading international contracting organisation or an owner organisation with an international project portfolio.

Candidates with varying levels of experience and responsibility will be considered.

The Candidate will primarily be involved in delivering dispute resolution services and contract management/claims consulting to our clients.

An individual is required who can show initiative, perform advanced data research, manage client relations and deliver to tight deadlines. This role will involve frequent client interaction and will require the successful candidate to prepare and make presentations to communicate results.
