About the Position
As a Workforce Optimization / Strategies (Data Science) Intern,
you will join the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter within Roche's People & Culture organization, supporting the development of data-driven solutions that help shape our future workforce.
You will gain practical experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, External Workforce Management, Skills Management, and People Analytics, contributing to initiatives that transform workforce data into meaningful business insights. Working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, agile environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and programming skills while supporting projects with a real impact on Roche's workforce strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
