A private company operating within the construction and technical services sector in Mallorca is currently seeking a skilled Stone Heritage Restoration Specialist (Oficial 1ª) to join their operations in Marratxí. Key responsibilities
- Carrying out professional stonework and stone heritage restoration.
- Performing traditional masonry tasks to repair, reinforce, and restore historic building elements.
- Preparing and applying renders, plasters, and protective wall coatings (enfoscados).
- Handling surface finishing, preparation, and painting work according to project specifications.
- Ensuring accurate execution, craftsmanship, and adherence to safety standards on every job site.





Requirements
- Essential: Valid 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention certificate in construction (carnet PRL 20h).
- Essential: Extensive professional experience in stone restoration, masonry, and related building work.
- Valued: A valid driving licence (carnet de conducir) and your own vehicle are highly appreciated.
- Practical knowledge of traditional plastering, rendering, and painting techniques.
- A responsible, safety-conscious attitude and dedication to delivering quality craftsmanship.

Benefits & conditions
- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) from day one.
- A standard full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, giving you free weekends.
