Main Accountabilities
- Sales operations strategy implementation Collaborate with senior management to design, implement,



and monitor integral sales operations strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals. Conduct comprehensive market assessments to understand global dynamics and adapt strategies to effectively capitalize on international market opportunities.
- Sales forecasting Lead the global sales forecasting process by gathering inputs from HUBs and regions. Analyze market trends to produce accurate global sales predictions. Regularly review and adjust forecasts to align with evolving business conditions and establish realistic performance expectations for the team.
- Data quality Monitor and ensure the accuracy of information in the quotation tools (SFDC), proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies to maintain high data quality standards.
- Sales performance analysis Analyze global sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across regions. Utilize insights gained from this analysis to
