- Managing the performance of external service partners in collaboration with global GSS teams and ensuring strong local business alignment
- Building a collaborative bridge between business and shared services while embedding a "One Team Approach" mindset
- Serving as key contact for escalations from the business and shared services per the established escalation matrix
- Reviewing and signing off shared services KPIs/SLAs while ensuring timely issue resolution and performance improvement
- Monitoring internal control results, driving corrective measures and supporting continuous process improvement at the regional level
