We are supporting a integral engineering and manufacturing business in the search for a Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy, commercial growth, and lifecycle management across an international market.

The role will focus on process equipment used within the Food & Beverage and related industries, with particular relevance to homogenisers and associated machinery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps
- Analyse market, customer and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches and product improvements
- Support pricing strategy, margin improvement and commercial decision-making
- Develop value propositions and product differentiation




- Gather customer insights and translate these into product requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
- Support product training, marketing and customer-facing activities
- Identify opportunities to expand products into new applications, markets and regions

Ideal Candidate
- Product Management experience within industrial/process equipment
- Experience with homogenisers or related Food xghoner & Beverage processing machinery highly desirable
- Strong commercial, pricing and market analysis skills
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering and Operations
- Strong customer and market insight capabilities
- Engineering, Business, or related degree preferred
