- Assist Finnish-speaking clients with expert financial consultations across multiple service channels.

- Observe and provide feedback on shifting financial trends to help optimize our customer service delivery.
- Deliver precise, helpful, and professional financial advice to maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction.
- Work in tandem with interdisciplinary teams to streamline and improve our internal financial workflows.
- Address and resolve complex transactional issues, including payment processing and account inquiries.

Candidate Qualifications

- Professional fluency in both verbal and written Finnish.
- Possession of a valid EU passport (a mandatory requirement).




- Demonstrable experience or familiarity with banking systems and financial terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, suitable for navigating a professional corporate setting.
- Prior experience in the banking, financial, or high-end customer service sectors is considered a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy within a remote-friendly corporate environment.
