Daily Professional Duties

- Stay current on the latest Miele product innovations to offer insightful and expert recommendations.
- Assist customers throughout their journey, offering guidance from technical specs during the purchase phase to maintenance advice later on.
- Ensure that Miele remains the standard for quality by providing helpful, empathetic resolutions via chat, phone, and email.
- Provide top-tier service to Finnish-speaking clients regarding the brand’s high-end household and kitchen appliance lines.




- Partner with various departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed with both accuracy and speed.
- Resolve technical challenges involving premium laundry and kitchen hardware, fostering a seamless user experience.
- Actively support team goals and maintain high performance and quality standards in every interaction.

Candidate Prerequisites

- Must hold a valid EU passport or possess a work permit authorized for Greece.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish.
- A commitment to relocating to Athens, Greece for this on-site professional engagement.
- A sincere interest in consumer electronics combined with a talent for delivering premium-level customer support.
- Working knowledge of English to interact effectively within our diverse, international office environment.
