Your main responsibilities will be:

- Define, plan, and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring their achievement.
- Design and implement commercial and pricing policies in coordination with Management.
- Identify business opportunities through market, competitor, and customer needs analysis.
- Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening loyalty within the existing customer portfolio.
- Negotiate with strategic clients and key accounts,



securing beneficial and sustainable agreements.
- Ensure excellence in customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels and effective issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial, regulatory, and quality procedures.
- Efficiently manage the assigned territory, optimizing resources and maximizing commercial coverage.
- Ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets defined in the commercial plan.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and strategic meetings.
