We are hiring an SAP Basis Administrator to join our team in Madrid and work on an international project for a leading Swiss private banking organization.

The Project

You will join a global SAP team responsible for ensuring the stability, security and continuous improvement of critical SAP environments. You will work across SAP Basis administration, authorization management and Fiori environments, supporting a complex international banking landscape.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an SAP Basis Administrator with strong experience in SAP Basis, SAP Authorizations and SAP Fiori . The role combines technical administration of SAP landscapes with authorization management and support for modern SAP environments including S/4HANA and BTP.

- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator
- Strong experience with SAP Authorization Concepts
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining SAP roles and authorizations using PFCG and XAMS
- Experience administering SAP Fiori environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW and SAP HANA
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining SAP systems
- Experience with SAP upgrades, patches and system enhancements
- Experience with SAP BTP administration, including subaccounts and space management
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Cloud Connectors
- Knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA databases




- Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments
- Valid work permit for Spain
- SAP certifications
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools
- Knowledge of networking and security concepts
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience working in international environments

Your Responsibilities
- Administer and support SAP Basis environments (S/4HANA and BW)
- Manage SAP authorizations, roles and profiles using PFCG and XAMS
- Support and administer SAP Fiori environments
- Install, configure and maintain SAP systems
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches and system enhancements
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues
- Administer SAP BTP environments, including subaccounts and spaces
- Manage backup, disaster recovery and high-availability processes
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams on SAP projects and changes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
