Your role

As a German Sales & Onboarding Specialist , you will be the ultimate strategic growth advisor for emerging businesses and established local enterprises! Your mission is to introduce them to game-changing digital marketing ad solutions, minimize churn, and unlock massive growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

- Client Onboarding & Strategy: Guide new clients smoothly into the ecosystem and design high-performing, results-driven ad campaigns.

- Drive Revenue: Connect with the German market via outbound calls, confidently presenting tailored solutions and campaign upgrades.

- Database & Account Management: Keep your portfolio organized and ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date.

- Smash Your KPIs: Work proactively to meet and exceed exciting sales targets in a goal-oriented environment.

- Build Relationships: Foster long-term trust and loyalty with key stakeholders and local agencies.

- Smart Optimization:



Stay ahead of market trends and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

Your Profile

- Education: University degree or equivalent practical experience (Marketing/Communications background is a plus!).

- Languages: Native-level ( C2 ) German and a high proficiency in English.

- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales or digital marketing, winning over clients in target-driven environments.

- Tech & AI Savvy: You love incorporating AI tools into your workflow and are comfortable working with CRM systems.

- Market & Cultural Expert: You deeply understand German business etiquette, regional marketing ecosystems, and GDPR privacy rules.

- Power Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch complex ROI strategies and handle skeptical clients.
