On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients at RED , We are looking for an experienced SAP & EDI Service Lead to join a major integral pharmaceutical organisation. This is a senior service leadership role for someone who combines strong SAP & EDI expertise with excellent service management, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.

Job Role - SAP & EDI Service Lead

Duration - 12 Months + extension

Job Location - Fully Remote

Job responsibilities

Own and coordinate SAP & EDI incidents, service requests, problems and changes

Act as a senior escalation point for complex SAP/EDI issues

Coordinate SAP, EDI, integration and external support teams

Prioritise requests based on business impact and urgency

Ensure requests are followed through from initiation to resolution

Provide clear and regular communication to business stakeholders

Apply Agile/Scrum principles to service management and continuous improvement

Identify opportunities to improve service quality,



efficiency and processes

Support SAP/EDI transformation, change and improvement initiatives

Coordinate activities across geographically distributed teams

Drive effective problem resolution and follow-up

Extensive experience working with SAP ,S/4HANA and EDI

Experience as a SAP Service Lead, SAP EDI Lead, SAP Service Manager, SAP Integration Lead or similar

Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP service management

Experience with geographically distributed teams

Practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Scrum Master certification or strong practical Agile experience

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated environment

French Language Skills
