Drive Showroom Sales: Contribute directly to the Marbella Boutique's overall sales performance by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Deliver the Ultimate Client Experience: Promote a unique, memorable shopping journey through exceptional customer service, engaging product demonstrations, and brand storytelling.




Attract new premium customers and nurture relationships with existing ones to cultivate repeat business and brand loyalty.
Ensure the showroom is flawlessly aligned with Technogym's general Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, maintaining a premium and welcoming atmosphere.
Event & Lead Activation: Actively participate in design events, trade shows, and in-store marketing activities to capture and convert high-quality customer leads.
Omni-channel Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other consumer sales functions (Field Sales, Teleselling, and Digital) to ensure a fluid and rapid customer journey.
Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM system (Salesforce.com), adhere to internal procedures, store security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
You share a genuine interest in our brand and are passionate about sports, luxury goods, fashion, design, and the wellness lifestyle.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional background.
~ Professional working proficiency (bilingual level) in both Spanish and English
~ Excellent communication, a natural sales aptitude, and an entrepreneurial approach to developing customer relationships.
~ Ability to work with store operations tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and SAP.
