About the role Be the voice and the eye behind our social media. You will direct and coordinate our content across channels, publish it, and report on how it performs, working closely with the Marketing Manager and our audiovisual production team. We are looking for someone with elegant taste who can make our brand look as refined online as it is in person.
Direct and coordinate content for our social media channels: LinkedIn (company page and our CEO's profile, handled with discretion), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace and Google (our Business Profile and reviews).
Publish and manage all of our Instagram content, including videos and posts.




Work with the audiovisual production team to plan, edit and publish our video content.
Track performance with tools such as Meta Business Suite, and report results to management every month.
Support our Meta Ads campaigns together with the Marketing Manager.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on our content calendar and priorities.
At least 2 years of experience managing social media, ideally for a lifestyle, luxury or real estate brand.
Able to read social media statistics and turn them into clear reports.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of graphic design, to create posts for our social channels (Adobe, Figma or Canva).
Experience in video editing or short-form video.
You will work in-house, side by side with the marketing and audiovisual teams, with the chance to shape how Webster & Co. shows up on social media. This is a full-time, office-based role.
