Задачи:

- Analyze and interpret company KPIs and health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Recommend ways to optimize and improve company projects
- Identify site improvement opportunities with the Product and Data & Insights teams by analyzing key site indicators
- Monitor competitors and the jobs sector, and share analyses across the company
- Generate ideas for data products with different teams and support their development
- Propose possible solutions for data products
- Manage projects with the teams involved and measure their success
- Create reports to track project progress and address specific or one-off needs

Требования:

- At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce or an online company
- Experience working with product teams, data scientists, sales, marketing, or other business stakeholders
- Experience defining, implementing, and measuring online products
- Proactive, analytical, and data-driven approach; ability to work in a team and interest in the digital sector
- Strong summarization skills, attention to data quality, and customer, user,



and stakeholder orientation
- Ability to interpret data, derive relevant insights, and translate business questions into analytical needs
- Advanced user of analytics tools, including GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio Будет плюсом: Marketplace and B2B experience, databases and advanced SQL, dbt, Databricks, Claude Code, Databricks Genie, Python, Tableau dashboards
