We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and internationally minded Manager, Global Recruitment to join our Architecture, Design, Real Estate, and Creative Industries team.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who is passionate about education, creativity, architecture, design, innovation, and global talent development, while also being highly motivated by sales, relationship building, and achieving ambitious enrollment goals.
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, advising, and converting high-potential candidates from around the world into enrolled students. Drive the recruitment and enrollment of international students across a portfolio of programs within Architecture, Design, Real Estate, and the Creative Industries.
Meet and exceed recruitment, conversion, and enrollment targets.
Represent the institution at international events, fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
Develop market intelligence and identify opportunities for growth across strategic general markets.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems.
6-8 years of proven experience in B2C sales, recruitment, business development, admissions, or other client-facing roles.
~ Fluent English (written and spoken).
~ Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and outcomes.





Previous experience in higher education, international student recruitment, admissions, executive education, or educational consulting.
Degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Fashion, or a related field is highly valued.
Degree from a top-ranked international university is highly valued.
Additional languages beyond English, particularly Spanish, French, or other strategically relevant languages.
Experience working with CRM platforms and recruitment funnels.
Regular travel to our Segovia campus will be required to support academic events, candidate engagement activities, and recruitment initiatives.
Availability for international travel, including recruitment fairs, networking events, and market development opportunities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that combines international travel, relationship management, and business development.
Excellent conversion and relationship management skills.
Highly proactive and capable of executing within a structured recruitment framework.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
