This role is adecuado for motivated agents with experience in new build property sales who want real earning potential, full back-office support, and access to pre-qualified international clients.
Pre-qualified provided
Ongoing sales training and career development
Back-office team handles legal, documentation, and developer coordination
Conduct virtual and in-person property tours
Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners
Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred)
German-speaking real estate agent
Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2-3 days per week
