The role will involve working closely with Product Owner to maintain a rich product backlog, to guide the development and partner teams to successfully deliver prioritized features, keeping in mind quality and delivery predictability.You will ensure projects are effectively developed, integrated, and deployed with quality and on time delivery._
**Main responsibilities:**
+ _Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors_
+ _Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making_
+ _Guide sustainable cadence in product development_
+ _Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking_
+ _Learning from data and taking decisions from it_
+ _Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders_
+ _Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement_
+ _Coordinate with teams to manage dependencies and remove impediments_
+ _Measure success by using standard metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points._
+ _Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve the team's Agile and Scrum maturity_
+ _Influence others including those more senior on best practices in Agile and work with other Agile Delivery Leads to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile/Scrum_
+ _Leverage agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)_
**_About you_**
+ _Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field._
+ _Broad experience working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturities, including product-centric environments and hypothesis-driven development_
+ _Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releases_
+ _Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving systemic organizational blockers in Agile environments_




+ _Ability to apply systems thinking to improve delivery predictability across multiple teams_
+ _Demonstrated experience with Lean practices (Kanban, flow metrics, WIP management, value stream mapping) with a track record of optimizing delivery flow and reducing waste_
+ _Intermediate knowledge of Digital Product Management practices (product discovery, OKRs, outcome-driven roadmaps)_
+ _Working knowledge of change management principles, with experience driving adoption of new ways of working across teams and organizational boundaries_
+ _Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goals_
+ _Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams, problem solving and conflict resolution_
+ _Advanced facilitation skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and drive alignment across senior stakeholders_
+ _Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environment_
+ _Ability to influence and lead behavior changes, including with those more senior_
+ _Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships_
+ _Self-motivated, highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment_
**_Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications_**
+ _Master's Degree or equivalent experience_
+ _Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM-I)_
+ _Technical knowledge of software application development and agile life-cycle methodologies_
+ _Experience in delivering technical projects (Data, Application, IT) by managing external vendors_
+ _Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Scrum_
+ _Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc._
+ _Experience in IT Healthcare is a plus_
+ _Experience in the e-commerce domain would be a strong asset, as Sanofi is actively growing its B2B eCommerce footprint_

The salary range for this position is :49.600,00 - 74.400,00
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.

**Job Description Summary**
The Operations & Program Manager will operate within the Subsystem Program Management & Operations (PMO) team responsible for providing operational leadership, program & portfolio management that enable the ONW Engineering Subsystems to achieve top business priorities and execute programs with excellence. High levels of judgement, risk balancing/mitigation, program planning and problem solving are required to achieve outcomes.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Own program schedule and budget, including development and maintenance, for small to large sized programs with varying degrees of complexity within the portfolio or area of responsibility.
+ Identify, make visible and analyze program risks throughout the program lifecycle; demonstrate effective mitigation and problem-solving to meet and exceed expected program outcomes.
+ Support platform PMO with subsystem level planning and program management; including detailed scheduling and execution of deliverables and milestones within the subsystem. Maintain regular communication with platform PMO to relay status, risks and negotiate changes or solutions to issues.
+ Partner with engineering leadership to support the development of vision, MGPP and strategic priorities for the subsystem or area of responsibility.
