As a Sales Representative (Payments), you will be responsible for generating new business and supporting existing clients by promoting Shift4's merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and professional services. Acting as the frontline sales representative within your assigned territory, you will drive revenue growth through prospecting, client engagement, sales conversion, and relationship management while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and territory-based sales activities.
Managing the full sales cycle, signing new logos, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.




Supporting existing clients with additional hardware, software, and professional service solutions while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Maintaining accurate CRM records, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven by achieving sales success.
Skilled at building trust and developing long-term customer relationships.
Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proven experience in door-to-door, outside sales, or field sales, preferably within payments, financial services, or technology solutions.
Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Ability to qualify sales opportunities and identify cross-sell and upsell potential.
Fluent Spanish language skills; English is a strong advantage. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
