The role presents an opportunity to work across Hospitality sector as well as commercial, life sciences and industrial among others in the future while the team continues to develop, diversify and as RLB’s European business continues to grow.
The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
Comply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies.
Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
Cost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
Quantity Surveying/Cost Management experience on Hospitality sector.
Proven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors.
Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
