Our Team:

Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

As our first dedicated Strategic Partnerships Manager for our white-label partnership business, you will build the commercial foundation of this exciting growth area.

Reporting to the Director of Channel Development, you will identify, develop and close strategic enterprise partnerships across North America and Europe. Working closely with Product, Partner Integration, Operations, Pricing and Leadership,



you'll help shape not only our customer portfolio but also how we scale our partnership business in the years ahead.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, navigating complex enterprise sales, and creating long-term strategic partnerships in a fast-growing business.

What You Will Do:
- Build our white-label partnership pipeline by identifying, engaging and developing strategic enterprise partners across North America and Europe.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles, working with senior commercial, product and technical stakeholders to develop long-term partnership opportunities.
- Develop compelling partnership solutions by understanding customer needs and translating them into commercially, technically and operationally viable business cases.
