The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up.
- Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes.

SKILLS
- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
- Languages: Advanced
