An international engineering and technology company based in Gavà, Barcelona, is seeking a Junior HR Generalist with a strong focus on Occupational Health & Safety (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales – PRL) to join its Human Resources team.
The position combines the coordination of workplace health and safety activities with general HR operations, including time and attendance management, HR systems administration, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and onboarding.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, employees, and external occupational risk prevention providers to ensure compliance with Spanish health and safety regulations and support efficient HR operations.
The role reports to the HR Manager, Europe.
