It's the only platform where AI agents and human service representatives work together in real time to resolve issues faster, personalize every interaction, and deliver support across every channel, unifying customer service, IT Service Management (ITSM), and HR service on a single intelligent platform.

Agentic AI adoption in service has grown from 39% to 66% in a single year, and you'll be at the center of that momentum. In this role, you'll cover the full Agentforce Service platform — spanning Contact Center, ITSM, and HR Service — with a particular focus on Agentforce Voice, Digital Engagement, and Agentforce for Service. You'll work with autonomous agents that handle high-volume interactions 24/7, and a Service Rep Assistant that gives human agents real-time next-best-action suggestions, case summaries,



and AI-powered knowledge recommendations, selling a story of faster resolution, higher customer satisfaction, and lower operating costs across a blended human and AI workforce.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Building and executing account plans to retain and grow Annual Contract Value (ACV) with existing customers, focused on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Running discovery to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals, translating them into use cases and value hypotheses
- Crafting and presenting compelling value propositions across the Agentforce and Service Cloud stack — including customer service, ITSM, and HR service capabilities
- Aligning account teams and partner ecosystems to move deals forward and support long-term customer success
