The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive guest experiences across front of house and back of house. You will manage reception teams, oversee rate integrity, and work closely with leadership to maintain a high standard of service throughout guests’ stays.
Adecuado candidates will have hotel or leisure sector experience as a Duty Manager or similar role, fluent Spanish and English, with Catalan valued.
