Fresh & Frozen Fruit Sales Representative, Spain (Remote)Independent commercial agent | Commission-based | Earning potential €5,000-10,000 per month
We supply premium fresh and frozen (IQF) fruits to buyers across Europe, and we’re building our presence in Spain. We need an experienced salesperson who knows the market, has the contacts and wants their income to reflect their results.

The roleYou will sell our fruit to business customers in Spain: importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food service companies and manufacturers. You find the customers, negotiate the deals and manage the relationship. Our team in Germany supports you with quotations, logistics, documentation and order handling.
You work independently, plan your own time and decide how you approach your territory.

What you’ll do• Win new business customers and grow existing accounts
• Run the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing and follow-up
• Visit customers, markets and trade events across your territory
• Present our products, specifications and prices with confidence




• Share what you hear in the market about competitors, prices and demand
• Report your pipeline and results to our team regularly

What you bring• Proven B2B sales experience
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Your own car and a valid driving licence
• Based in Spain or Germany, registered as autónomo (or ready to register) and able to invoice or as a Full Time
• Self-motivation and a track record of delivering results
• A big plus: experience in fresh or frozen produce or food import/export, and an existing network of buyers

What you earn• Commission only, with no cap on your earnings
• Commission is paid once the customer has paid the full invoice
• Car and travel costs are covered by you
