Position Summary
Dutch Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona Based out of our vibrant Barcelona hub, you will function as a strategic Google Ads consultant and trusted digital advisor for expanding enterprises across the Dutch commercial sector. You will oversee your assigned portfolio through every stage of its lifecycle—facilitating smooth client setups, encouraging feature adoption, protecting account retention rates, and identifying fresh expansion opportunities to guarantee sustained campaign growth. Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding:



Spearhead the initial implementation for new corporate accounts by establishing key commercial objectives and crafting customized digital advertising strategies.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Cultivate ongoing relationships with high-level decision-makers through regular consultations, presenting detailed performance insights, demonstrating clear ROI, and recommending tailored ad solutions.
• Campaign Optimization: Build, launch, and continuously refine Google Ads campaigns by fine-tuning bidding frameworks, experimenting with ad variations, and optimizing audience targeting parameters.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze intricate performance metrics to generate practical, data-driven optimization proposals designed to elevate return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, action items, and milestone tracking within the organization's CRM infrastructure.
