Job Description Summary
The Product Manager will own and evolve key areas of SpherePX, with a particular focus on AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. The role combines product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to create solutions that improve patient and healthcare professional experiences while operating safely within a regulated environment.
A major focus of the role is identifying where AI and personalization can meaningfully improve care journeys, while maintaining patient safety, privacy, transparency, appropriate human oversight, and measurable value. The Product Manager will contribute shaping the product roadmap and drive evidence-based product decisions, using user feedback, analytics,



and real-world insights to measure outcomes, manage product risks, and continuously evolve the product in line with user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidate: An experienced Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building complex digital products, strong systems thinking, UX and analytical skills, and experience with AI-powered and personalized user experiences. Healthcare/digital health experience, behavioral science expertise, and experience working in regulated environments such as MedTech or SaMD are strong advantages.
