Eyr Holistic, a fast-growing consumer goods company, seeks an experienced Director of Operations to own end-to-end product life from idea to doorstep across four brands. You will run manufacturing, fulfillment, quality, suppliers and COGS, leading vertical integration beginning with a new Poland factory.
This is an owner-level role: decide where/how to produce, which vendors to keep or bring in-house, and negotiate to secure best prices. Regular travel to Poland and partner sites is required.
