- Position: Corporate/M&A; Lawyer (Spain)
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $140–$150/hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: ~10 hours
Role responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to Spanish law questions using two AI (LLM) platforms.
- Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized rubric.
- Provide concise written feedback for each evaluation to enhance AI model performance.
- Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve evaluation processes.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Primarily law-firm experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A; or transactional practice.
- Qualified to practise in Spain, with a strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
- Native or fluent Spanish, with precise written communication.
- Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
