Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Manager will be responsible for: Financial Reporting & Control
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting. Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions. Guarantee compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management
Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Analyze business performance against budget and forecast.



Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Tax, Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with advisors and auditors. Oversee tax filings and reporting obligations. Maintain strong internal controls and governance processes. Treasury & Cash Management
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. Oversee banking relationships and cash forecasting activities. Support treasury and funding requirements. Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures. Internal Controls & Risk Management
