Majorica is opening a new boutique in Valldemossa and is seeking a Store Manager to lead the opening, develop the boutique and ensure excellence in client experience, team leadership, operations and commercial performance.
You will build the store culture from day one, create a motivated team, and deliver a premium, personalized experience for local and international clients. You will guide staffing, training and performance, while maintaining the brand's image and values.
