collaboration and safety.- Support engagement and talent development across the organization.Supply Chain & Planning Coordination- Ensure strong alignment with Supply Chain regarding production planning, material availability and inventory management.- Actively contribute to and influence S&OP processes and decisions.Warehouse, Logistics & Material Flow- Ensure efficient and reliable warehouse and logistics operations.- Optimize internal material flows and inventory accuracy.- Drive continuous improvement in logistics KPIs.- Lead initiatives to optimize layouts, space utilization and flows.Continuous Improvement- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, productivity and cost efficiency.- Ensure process standardization and best-practice sharing with other Group sites.- Embed continuous improvement into daily operations.Quality, Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.- Promote a strong safety-first culture.- Lead or support audits within the scope of responsibility.Projects & Transformation- Lead or participate in strategic initiatives related to capacity expansion, operating model changes, digitalization and SAP S/4HANA implementation.- Ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems and processes.What you need to shine in this role- Engineering degree or equivalent.- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial operations,
