Responsibilities
- Lead the team that defines HP's worldwide Personal Systems marketing strategy.
- Orchestrate the corresponding execution model across Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Gaming segments.
- Define HP's global PS marketing strategy across segments.
- Ensure the strategy is grounded in customer & competitive insights, aligned with the Business-owned 4P plan.
- Evolve the strategy in response to business needs, market dynamics, and shifting funding realities.
- Co‐own the development of the FY and H2 PS Strategic Marketing Plan.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, planning, and/or go-to-market roles, with at least 3 years in a people‐leadership role in a global/matrix environment.
- Demonstrated experience defining and leading multi‐segment marketing strategies (Commercial/B2B and Consumer; Gaming exposure a plus).




- Track record managing large general marketing budgets including partner/Alliance funding, and implementing allocation and cost‐to‐serve frameworks.
- Hands‐on experience with closed‐loop measurement, brand preference tracking, and data‐driven optimization.
- Comfort with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to interrogate data and drive decisions.
- Experience working with senior executives (VP/SVP) and representing marketing in cross‐functional executive forums.
