Your position
As GSS Regional Business Partner, you will play a central role in connecting our Integral Shared Services (GSS) teams with regional business operations. Acting as a focal point for both sides, you'll oversee performance, foster collaboration, and ensure a unified "One Team" approach across Shared Services and the business. By driving operational excellence, process stabilization, and stakeholder satisfaction, you will directly contribute to RHI Magnesita's efficiency and continuous improvement journey.
- Managing the performance of external service partners in collaboration with global GSS teams and ensuring strong local business alignment
- Building a collaborative bridge between business and shared services while embedding a "One Team Approach" mindset
- Serving as key contact for escalations from the business and shared services per the established escalation matrix
- Reviewing and signing off shared services KPIs/SLAs while ensuring timely issue resolution and performance improvement
- Monitoring internal control results,
driving corrective measures and supporting continuous process improvement at the regional level
