About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Engagement Manager to join our Public Administration business and support the growth of our engineering services portfolio within public sector organizations.
This role is designed for high-potential professionals who combine a solid technical background with strong business acumen and a passion for client engagement. The selected candidate will join our Emerging Business Leader Development Program, gaining hands‐on experience in sales, account management,



and strategic business development while working closely with senior leaders and key public sector clients.
The Associate Engagement Manager will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting innovative engineering and consulting solutions for government agencies and public institutions.
