BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER CX | BARCELONA
Are you a CRM professional who enjoys being the bridge between business and IT?
Do you have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want to take ownership of a general CRM ecosystem and shape its future?
We are looking for a Business Process Manager CX to join an international organization in Barcelona.
This is a highly transversal role combining CRM, Business Analysis, Application Management and IT Project Management.
THE ROLE
You will take ownership of the Customer Experience application landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the centre.
You will work closely with international business teams and affiliates to understand their needs, challenge requirements when needed and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of the CRM ecosystem, including future initiatives around BI, Microsoft Fabric and AI.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and continuously improve the global CRM / CX application landscape
- Gather,



analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user stories
- Work closely with international affiliates and business stakeholders
- Manage change requests, process improvements and application enhancements
- Act as an IT Stream Lead on CRM implementation and rollout projects
- Support CRM migration, integrations, go-live activities and user adoption
- Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners
- Provide second-level support and ensure effective incident resolution
- Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and its integration with other business applications
- Support future initiatives around reporting, Microsoft Fabric, BI and AI
- Train and support business users on new processes and functionalities

YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Business Applications, Product Ownership, Application Management or IT Project Management
- Strong hands-on experie
