In this role, you will
Manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting the agreed deadlines for each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered. Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes performed and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in service. Participate in any internal projects the company may assign with the goal of implementing new tools or processes.

- Master Compliance - You ensure legal accuracy in all payroll and HR‐related processes.
- Lead Period Closures - You take charge during monthly and year‐end payroll cycles, including tax and social security filings.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - You identify service optimizations and participate in internal projects.
- Communicate with Impact - You lead client meetings, align on calendars, and keep stakeholders informed and confident.
