Your responsibilities
Customer communication: Build strong relationships through clear and professional dialogue.
Process optimization : Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for a seamless onboarding process
Onboarding : Ensure customers start using our product successfully and that the handover from sales to Account Manager runs smoothly.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, IT, and Account Managers to ensure success
