Moodle is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team for a 6-month maternity leave cover, starting mid-December. You will report to the General Counsel and help navigate a multi-jurisdictional legal landscape across Europe/UK.
You'll draft and negotiate contracts, advise on privacy and IP matters, and support M&A; activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
