Clarios is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead the HR function for two Spanish manufacturing sites, Guardamar del Segura and Ibi, guiding ~550 employees. You will align regional HR strategies with local business execution and act as the primary HR business partner to the Plant Manager.
You will oversee payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, while developing local HR teams and implementing growth-focused HR initiatives across cultures and borders.
