In this role you guide enterprise clients through Cloud migrations and ITSM implementations within a leading Atlassian consulting firm expanding in Spain. You translate complex Atlassian ecosystems into scalable, operational solutions and empower client teams through delivery and training. You own end-to-end cloud transitions, tailor Jira and Confluence to client needs, and support pre-sales with technical direction. You join a remote-first, growth-oriented delivery culture driving cross-client impact.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in tech consulting with multiple client accounts or enterprise workflows
• Solid ITSM and cloud consulting background
• Fluent in French and proficient in English, strong communication skills
