The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and integral regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services. We look forward to receiving your application for our office in Málaga.Due to the international scope of the role, working hours are not fixed and may include evening, night, weekend, or rotating shifts, depending on the regions being supported.Key responsibilities:Endpoint Operations & SupportProvide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues.Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.Support user onboarding,



offboarding, and device provisioning activities.Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.Configure and test device policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.Monitor endpoint compliance and support remediation activities.Assist with device lifecycle management and deployment processes.Software Packaging & DeploymentPackage, test, and deploy software applications and updates.Support application lifecycle management and software maintenance.Validate new endpoint configurations, policies, and solutions before production rollout.Participate in pilot deployments and testing activities.Contribute to process improvements, automation, and service optimization initiatives.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.Document recurring issues and standard solutions.Support knowledge sharing within the Endpoint Management team.4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT SupportExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutionsKnowledge of software packaging and application deploymentStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsUnderstanding of endpoint security and compliance conceptsBasic PowerShell knowledge is an advantageStrong communication and customer service skillsFluentEnglish(C1 or C2)To ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option of mobile workingWe promote your professional and personal development through individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer AcademyWe support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts.
