highly professional team dedicated to creative and technical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Leadership (UK Market):Serve as the trusted lead and primary advisor for UK clients, understanding their brand objectives and guiding their audiovisual strategy.Creative Alignment & Team Leadership:Partner with the internal creative team to ensure proposals align 100% with the client’s brief, while managing and mentoring internal Account Executives.In-House Studio Coordination:Act as the direct conduit to our in-house production team, ensuring smooth communication, realistic scheduling, and resource optimization across pre-production, shoot, and post-production.Quality & Delivery Ownership:Own project timelines, budgets, and final sign-offs, guaranteeing that deliverables are flawless, on time, and profitable.What We Are Looking ForNative / Bilingually Fluent UK English:Essential for leading high-level strategy, pitch presentations, and day-to-day relationships with UK marketing leads.Proven Agency Experience:6+ years in Account Management or Client Services within advertising agencies, creative shops, or video production houses.Audiovisual & Production Literacy:Solid grasp of the end-to-end commercial video production lifecycle (pre-pro, filming, editing, color grading, sound) to manage feasibility and client expectations without being a hands-on technician.Team Leadership & Strategic Judgment:Experience managing Account Executives, constructively reviewing creative work against client briefs, and keeping cool under tight deadlines.Location:Based in or willing to work fromBarcelona or near.#J-18808-Ljbffr
